Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven
Admissions Advisor
to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will promote ACC programs, guide prospective students through the admissions process, and contribute directly to the growth and success of our college. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in
sales and marketing
who is passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ACC programs and services.
Achieve lead generation targets by making
60-100 calls daily
to prospective students.
Identify and target local and international markets to expand student enrollment.
Build and maintain partnerships with employers, non-profits, and other organizations.
Create and run digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and student demographics to drive data-informed decisions.
Oversee the admissions process to ensure a
positive student experience
.
Coordinate with employers to maximize student placement rates.
Use CRM and marketing analytics tools to track performance and meet enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience in sales/marketing
(education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Innovative thinker with the ability to design effective marketing strategies.
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of educational industry trends is an asset.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to reliably commute to
Surrey, BC (V3V 4B9)
or plan to relocate.
Availability to work on occasional Saturdays.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$55,000-$65,000 per year +
commission pay
