We are a dynamic and fast growing residential and commercial flooring supply and installation company. The work environment within the company is fast paced and team oriented located in Richmond. Each day comes with its own set of activities, opportunities and challenges. The ideal candidate would assist the Directors and managers in day to day activities of the company:
Responsibilities
Administrative support for the management including creating documents, filing, spreadsheets and presentations
Efficient in data entry, records maintenance and look-up, and report development and retrieval
Fielding and screening telephone calls
Researching data on the Internet
Managing office supplies and sundry requirements
Basic accounting entries for day to day transactions
Any other day to day tasks that may be assigned in the office from time to time.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communications, listening and customer service skills
Professional appearance (i.e., personal appearance and attitude)
Organizational skills and a quick learner
Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift
Proficient in MS Office
Accounting background/ knowledge with Quickbooks would be an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
