Admin/PT Aide (Part Time) - Mountain Road, Moncton, New Brunswick

You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the Physiotherapists with their caseload. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.

PRIMARY DUTIES
As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Proactively assist clients with billing requirements as per insurance coverage
  • Direct incoming calls received on a 24-line phone system
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
  • Coordinate mail distribution and orders
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
As a PT Aide, you will:
  • Processing discharged patient charts;
  • Mailing out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families;
  • Answering phones;
  • Processing supply orders;
  • Uploading Service Provider Reports;
  • Clerical audits for all discharged charts;
  • Bar-coding charts for offsite storage;
  • Assembling chart packages;
  • Photocopying nursing documentation;
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and the PT;
  • Assists with PT\xe2\x80\x99s caseload;
  • Maintains a presentable and organized clinic;
  • Ensures that gym area is free of obvious safety hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS
To take on the role of Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you must have:
  • well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
  • bilingual is an asset

  • a creative approach with a can-do attitude
  • effective problem-solving skills
