Attention all fun-loving, organized, and outgoing administrative masterminds! We're looking for an Administrator/Receptionist extraordinaire to join our team at Stretch Health. If you're the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and loves nothing more than coordinating and organizing to perfection, then this might just be the job for you.

At Stretch Health, we're all about improving health and mobility for thousands of Canadians, and we need someone who's passionate about helping us get there. Your daily duties will include interacting with clients, booking appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly.

But wait, there's more! You'll also be responsible for producing receipts, following up with clients, liaising with service providers, and generally being a superhero of the organization. You'll be the go-to person for all things scheduling and coordinating.

On a weekly basis, you'll produce reports on key metrics for our clinics and meet with the leadership team to plan for the coming week/month. And on a monthly basis, you'll reconcile invoices, produce more reports on key metrics, and generally continue being the superstar that you are.
