CLS Suites is seeking a fiscally responsible, entrepreneurial, and versatile part-time Administrator/Bookkeeper for approximately 15-20 hours per week based in our downtown Calgary office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting, managing day to day accounting & invoicing functions, assisting with budgets and forecasting, assisting in reporting, and other projects. We are seeking a team-oriented individual that is able to multi-task, highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with 2-5 years of accounting experience. This is a part-time position that has growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:



Complete accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions in a professional manner;

Ensure invoicing functions are completed accurately and monitor accounts receivables and payables.

Administer and manage general ledger, payroll, and Inventory

Establish, document, and maintain systems and internal controls

Administer the corporate budgeting and forecasting process

Design/Implement accounting strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Overlook Human Resource process (hires, payroll, terminations, etc...);

Support the overall needs of the Managing Director & complete various special projects as assigned;

Provide high degree of customer service by responding to email inquiries and addressing outstanding issues in a timely manner;

Maintain and manage vendor and customer databases;

General data management, record keeping, and filing functions.

Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping functions;

Education/Skills



Completion of a business/accounting /administration certification or diploma program an asset;

Proficient use and understanding of Quickbooks online, Google Workspace, MS Office including Excel/Word/Powerpoint

Able to use standard software programs & strong administrative experience;

Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, particularly MS Office including Excel/Word/Powerpoint;

Able to use standard software programs related to the corporate housing/relocation industry;

Strong administrative experience and a vehicle an asset.
