X-Copper Professional Corporation, a premier law firm with over 20 years of experience in the legal community, is seeking an Administrator to join our

Toronto Branch

. With more than 18 branches across Ontario and Alberta and a commitment to continued growth, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment for our team.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include preparing client files, scheduling time-sensitive matters, and managing various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain client files

Schedule all client appointments and activities

Ensure confidentiality of all corporate and client information

Correspond professionally with courts, agents, clients, and colleagues

Prepare legal documents

Answer incoming calls

Send and receive faxes and emails

Assist prospective and active clients

Perform data entry tasks

Invoice clients

Maintain minimal Accounts Receivable

Request necessary documentation from the courts

Verify agent invoices

Archive completed files

Assist with other clerical duties as requested by management

Comply with all corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Keen attention to detail

Comprehensive understanding of the POA/HTA and Criminal Code of Canada (an asset)
