We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator for a part-time position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, highly organized and proficient with knowledge of Microsoft computer systems. The ideal candidate for this job is a good problem solver that implements system-based solutions. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Job Duties
Providing administrative support within a team setting.
Assemble and maintain client records.
Providing support for team members, clients and leadership through a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing attendance records and scheduling client services
Maintain and organize files
Prioritize to ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and accurately to meet deadlines and expectations
Follow all documented procedures
Assist in booking appointments
Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails in a timely way
Communicate with clients in a professional way and maintain confidentiality
Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Accounts Payable/ Receivable experience an asset
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
