Top Grade Energy Services Ltd is looking for an administrator to join our growing team. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual who has a desire to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting and operations teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Support Payroll with various functions such as entering employee hours, onboarding and offboarding

Support Accounts Payable with various functions such as reviewing and posting invoices

Support Accounts Receivable with various functions such as billing, posting and collecting payments

Perform other administrative tasks as required

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word)

Efficient & accurate data entry skills

Knowledge of ERP systems Detail oriented Highly organized with strong attention to strict payroll and month end deadlines. Ability to work both independently and within a team setting Flexibility to navigate changing business demands.
Consideration will be given for diploma or certificate in accounting, business administration or a related field and/or experience in accounting or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
