Music academy seeking a Administrator/Front Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth lesson scheduling and student / teacher coordinating. This role requires strong music background, proficiency in various office software applications and good communicational skills to manage daily tasks effectively.

Duties



Assist with music lesson scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Lesson coordinating for teachers and students / parents. Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Prepare and publish marketing materials on social media platforms. Keep front desk / lesson room cleaned and organised.

Requirements



Strong music background and knowledge base. Bi-lingual required (Mandarin and English) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Social media platform experience. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Good customer communication skill and support is essential. Patient and friendly to younger age students. flexible in working schedule.
