Administrator - Records and Compliance



We are looking for a full-time Records and Compliance Administrator to join a progressive, growing Insurtech MGA.

Position Details



This is an in-office position at our Vancouver, BC office. There is no ability to work remotely. Our downtown Vancouver office is close to transit and amenities.

Key Responsibilities



This is a dynamic support role directly supporting key functions of Forward. The successful candidate will provide assistance in areas that directly affect the operation of the company with respects to compliance, and records control.

General Administration and Records Management



General administrative duties including filing, printing, collating documents, word processing, editing and formatting documents Create, update and maintain company records (logs, reference sheets, reports, etc.) Update and maintain databases, follow up for missing documentation Create complaints response templates and internal complaints handling guideline Update company policies and procedures manuals under direction of managers Manage records for annual staff Financial Crime Training - distribute directive to staff and follow up for completion by deadline Manage annual staff licensing renewals and continuing education records Keep product documentation organized and up to date, including Excel specs and rating logic. Review documents for accuracy and standards, making sure they meet stakeholder requirements. Perform audits on technical documentation items to ensure they follow product standards and up to date information. Manage shared inboxes and files across key departments. Organize and record inquiries submitted by various departments and feedback from underwriters and connected stakeholders. Travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, car rentals), reservations

Qualifications



Above average organization and high attention to detail 2-5 years' experience Self-starter, excellent time management skills Confident working with Word and Excel (using formulas, creating tables, and checking/verifying data) Clear communicator, both in writing and in person Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Relevant insurance experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
