Who We're Looking For
CCE is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful individual with high competency in both an office and a warehouse setting. The candidate should have an excellent ability to work individually, take initiative, and work well as a team player.
Responsibilities and duties:
Oversee and maintain all shipping and receiving activities
Use inventory tracking software to track, ship, receive, and assign identifier codes to CCE inventory.
Prepare and package items for shipment, including all ultrasound-related products, parts and accessories.
Ensure policies and procedures are properly followed.
Prepare for local deliveries/pick-ups.
Occasionally complete local deliveries/pick-ups in a company provided cargo van.
Prepare crates for freight shipments
Provide support to coworkers to ensure efficient operations within departments
Maintain shared office spaces
Clean/disinfect received ultrasound machines and associated equipment
Identify and distribute received goods to the correct departments
Maintaining warehouse safety and manage bulk waste
Update and ensure accurate account records in the company CRM when receiving phone calls.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
Maintain sufficient record keeping and document filing.
Promote workplace safety and adhering to Alberta health and safety protocols
Maintain Health Canada compliance as it pertains to the medical devices we sell
Opening & Closing
Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks, like greeting and assisting visitors to the office, helping in preparation for CCE sponsored events, booking and organizing travel arrangements, etc.
Keeping strong organization practices within the office and ensuring sufficient office supplies.
Job Requirements:
Strong planning, time management and organizational skills required
Strong punctuality & attendance required
Excellent computer skills required
Experience using SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce or similar business management software is a strong asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory, 1-2 years of relevant experience is an asset
Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of eligibility.
Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Must possess and maintain a full Alberta drivers license with a clean abstract.
Compliance with all CCE Safety rules, policies, procedures, and the CCE Code of Ethics.

Compensation: $20-28/hr
Monday to Friday, 11am-5pm
