The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

5 Days of the week (Mon-Fri and occasionally 1 Saturday a month)

35-40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

4-5 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator

Treatment coordinating

experience is a huge asset Experience with dental practice management software such as

Tracker

is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
