About Our Client:Our client, a Real Estate Developer headquartered in North York, seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our team at our downtown sales office. The Administrator will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, delivering information according to a provided script, and booking appointments in our CRM system. This role is located on-site sales office in Downtown Toronto and will require hours from 11:00 - 6:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday with an hourly pay rate of $22.00.Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to provide information about our projects.
  • Use a provided script to deliver messages effectively and professionally.
  • Book appointments accurately in our CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with clients.
Requirements:
  • College or University diploma/degree
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and procedures.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our downtown sales office.
