We're a growing manufacturing company looking for someone with proven
administrative and customer service experience
(ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry). Strong skills with
Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Outlook
, and bilingual communication (
English & French
) are required. Knowledge of
ERP systems (e.g., SAGE 300)
is a plus.
This role is hands-on: supporting customers with orders and shipments, handling emails and calls, coordinating with production/logistics teams, and keeping documents organized. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive who can take initiative and grow with us.
