Your Responsibilities

As the Supply Chain and Logistics Administrator with our client, your administrative skill set will play a vital role in supporting the purchase and delivery of our client\'s wide range of commercial fishing products to and from various locations across the globe.

The main duties for this position include:

  • Completing paperwork thoroughly and efficiently with a high attention to detail
  • Coordinating and arranging logistics for shipments
  • Preparing and sending out invoices to clients
  • Entering data accurately across all systems, including Inventory Management and Excel
  • Maintaining an accurate log of delivery locations, cargo in transit, and any other details pertaining to shipment delivery (unloading supplies, freight costs, etc.)
  • Ensuring all shipment information has been provided and documented

Your Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast paced administrative role
  • Strong analytical ability and computer literacy
  • Proficient MS Excel knowledge required
  • Inventory management software and accounting software knowledge an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and allocate time according to the task and impact on business
  • High accountability and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of the seafood and marine industry an asset but not essential
