Job Description
The main focus of this role would be Customer Relations/Satisfaction and Accounts Receivable. The successful candidate must be personable and organized in order to meet deadlines and complete their tasks in an accurate and effective manner.
General responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
General accounts receivable role including but not limited to processing invoices, posting payments, and account collections for several locations Develop, maintain, and track customer agreements and payment plans Take customer orders Record payments from cash customers and ensure that they balance to delivery Liaise with Dispatch and, when necessary, drivers about pending or due deliveries and schedules needed Cardlock card issuing and sales uploading to accounting system General assisting colleagues with projects and tasks (this may include inventory investigations, customer account inquiries, schedule maintenance, various organizational improvement tasks)
Experience in an office setting and with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
