Job Overview:
We're looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate. This is an in-office position supporting multiple departments, including leadership, planning, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Co-CEOs
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and agendas
Greet visitors and manage front desk duties
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Maintain filing systems and organize documents
Support planning staff with documentation and application prep
Assist with mail, courier services, and general office duties
Contribute to social media or construction team support when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of professional administrative experience
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom
Familiarity with planning processes or development is a bonus
Contract Details:
This is a 6-month, full-time contract with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and team fit.
