Position Overview



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Administrator

with proven administrative experience and familiarity with the oil and gas industry. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting management with administrative tasks. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities



Support the management team with clerical and administrative tasks Uphold confidentiality and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor Project coordination - supporting high level executive in planning and executing projects, including preparing reports and presentations Organize and prepare for meetings; including gathering information and tending to logistics of meetings Support and prepare communication initiatives by drafting letters, reports, agendas, proposals and memos Conducting KPIs Weekly and monthly accounting analysis and review Weekly warehouse report analysis and review Vendor and customer market assessment and inquiries Renew and complete licenses and applications for business audits Provide support and coordination with strategic planning processes and related initiatives Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications



5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a service-based environment Administrative diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification (asset) Knowledge of the oil and gas industry--understanding of terminology, operations, or field processes (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with similar accounting software is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Administrative diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Clear and professional communication skills (both verbal and written) Review monthly credit card statements to ensure proper authorization, accuracy, and appropriate receipt collections and spending Successfully meet timelines, project outcomes and assigned tasks Excellent command of the English language, including speaking, writing, and comprehension
