Then we want to hear from you!Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Administrator in the Oil and Gas industry in Yellowhead County, Alberta. This full-time hybrid position has an immediate start and the potential to extend beyond it\'s one-year term. Consideration will be given to successful candidates based outside Yellowhead County to work remotely full time. A typical day:

• Manage and input into SAP incoming requests for Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
• Daily entry of work tickets and packing slips in SAP via the creation of a Service Entry Sheet (SES) or Goods Receipt
• Support contract holders throughout the PO lifecycle and communicate as required
• Provide Contract Administration support for assigned contracts including attending meetings as required
• Communicate via email with the approvers of the work tickets and packing slips should questions arise, and troubleshoot when necessary
• Communicate via email with the SES releaser should SES\'s require changes

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience using SAP
• The ability to work in MS Excel with pivot tables and basic formulas
• The ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable background would be considered an asset
• Experience using the Power BI platform would be considered an asset

• Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), 3 days remote, 2 days in office in Edson
