Job Description

:

Contributing to efficient clinic operations by offering a high level of customer service and accuracy in data entry in a fast paced Medical Imaging environment. This person is regularly collaborating with patients, colleagues, radiologists, technologists and referring physicians.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones, booking appointments and explaining procedure preparations.

Appointment reminder calls

Patient registration

Printing, scanning, faxing

Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

Post secondary medical admin certificate or equivalent

1-2 years related experience

Basic computer skills - word, excel, outlook

Must be able to multi-task and maintain calm demeanor at all timesOffice Administrator

- Experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
