Your Contribution



As a Administrator, you will play a key role in processing, tracking, and maintaining the flow of orders. You will also help with billing, communicating with clients, and tracking and collecting client payments. A day in the life of a Administrator includes:

Coordinate with clients and Courier companies on deliveries Instruct Installation technicians in Edmonton and Calgary on preparations and maintenance Advise clients on usage of equipment when required Complete applicable paperwork Maintain database on equipment and client information Maintain physical files of completed orders Manage Billing Manage inventory of recycle equipment in both Edmonton and Calgary Coordinate repairs for beds when client report issues with equipment

Your Qualifications



Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders Computer Skills and the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently Valid driver's license required Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Able to sit/stand, and walk for long durations Customer service experience Prior experience with AADL and Windward Software would be an asset
