We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team near Yonge and Eglinton on the TTC.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

This position will be responsible for facilities management, data entry, customer relationship management, contract administration, office administration, and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property

- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.

- Perform data entry into property management software

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

- Administer contracts with vendors and service providers

- Utilize provided software to track maintenance requests and work orders

- Assist with office administration tasks such as filing and answering phones

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required;

- College degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in property management or related field preferred

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to learn new software quickly

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
