Responsibilities:
-keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents electronically
- identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
-assist in sales during work hours in office
Requirements:
- ability to work individually as well as a team member
- able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- must have basic knowledge in administrative duties
- computer literacy utilizing MS Office software applications with proficiency in Word and Excel
- able to communicate in English is a MUST
-ability to use ZOHO CRM is an asset
