Job Title: Administrative & Marketing Assistant Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our rental agents and assist with rental efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to handle administrative tasks, tenant communications, and social media engagement. This role also involves contributing to marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to rental agents, including preparing and processing contracts and forms.
Scan and organize lease contracts for accurate record-keeping.
Communicate with tenants as needed, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
Ensure lease renewals are processed and completed.
Assist in developing and maintaining a strong social media presence to increase engagement and visibility.
Support marketing initiatives, such as creating social medias, updating website, and assisting with online advertising. Qualifications & Skills:
