Providing high levels of customer support and services to ensure customer satisfaction
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
Handling and resolving customer complaints
Entering orders into ERP System
Actively developing sales opportunities and processing orders
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Warehouse, Production and Sales Supervisors
Scheduling/Dispatching truck deliveries
Prepare daily production reports and time keeping records
Maintain a well-organized confidential filing system for electronic and paper files
Complete necessary expense reports for approval and subsequent handling by accounting
Ensure that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner, including reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls, and maintaining executive files as needed.
Performing other relevant duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience doing Administrative Assistant's function
Minimum of 3 years experience performing Inside Sales
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple, conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with other management team members
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to track and report various activities
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Positive attitude, friendly personality, positive workplace behavior
Strong administrative and planning skills
