Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, assisting with orders and inquiries.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system.
Resolve issues related to deliveries, product availability, and billing.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Keep customer databases accurate and up to date.
Prepare reports and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
Knowledge of a second language (French or others) is an advantage.
