This role will be responsible for assisting with Administrative and Accounting tasks for separate workflows across three companies. Administrative tasks include directing phone calls, managing the mail, processing customer payments, scanning and data entry. The Accounting tasks will include reconciling data, analysis, reporting, entry-level accounting, bank deposits and provide direct support to the management team. 1-2 years of administrative or accounting experience preferred, training will be provided. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - in office to start
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
