Job Description

The Administrative/Accounting Assistant responsibilities and skill requirements as follows:

Greeting visitors and answering phones Making adjustments to service schedule and printing master schedule for review Managing office supplies Maintain accurate filing Booking Building Inspections Monitoring, redirecting, and answering emails Drafting documents and quotes Assist with various office projects and tasks Take payments - credit card/debit terminal, cheque, and cash. Accounts Receivable: Invoicing and Collections Accounts Payable Assist with various projects and tasks

Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Accuracy and Attention to Detail Forward Thinker Strong Organizational Skills Proficiency with Excel and MS Word Excellent Computer Skills and Ability to Adapt to New Software Systems Strong English Written and Oral Communication and Interpersonal Skills Work on Multiple Projects while adhering to Tight Deadlines Quick and Accurate Data Entry Familiarity with the General Principles of Accounting Strong Understanding of Math and Numbers

Preferred Experience:



Office Administration Experience: 5-10 years AP/AR Experience: 2-5 years Post-Secondary Diploma in Office Administration Experience with Sage 300 Accounting Program (Preferred) Experience with Construction Industry (Preferred) Competitive Wages based on Experience
