Job Description

YOUR CHALLENGE
Provide administrative support in collections, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of information while maintaining the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Collections

  • Collection of small accounts;
  • Management of daily "worklists";
  • Order releases;
  • Management of various email inboxes.
Reconciliation
  • Reconciliation and withdrawal of PayPal transactions;
Invoicing
  • Entering invoices into various customer portals
  • Completing credits and re-invoicing (account corrections, price corrections) without merchandise returns
Administrative Support
  • Completing various documents at the request of clients;
  • Recording checks;
  • Taking payments by credit card;
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues;
  • Providing support to internal clients.
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
  • Improvement of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and efficiency percentage;
  • Reduction of credit note processing time;
  • Accuracy of portal invoicing.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bilingual;
  • Knowledge of accounting (DEC is an asset);
  • High level of initiative;
  • Analytical skills.
