Administrative Support

Job Description

We are looking to add to our existing team of highly efficient and dedicated support staff at our office. This employee will be responsible for administrative support functions including but not limited to:

- Assisting with general reception duties including but not limited to answering calls, ordering couriers, accepting deliveries, greeting clients, etc.

- Entering & processing real estate transactions

- Correspondence with legal professionals

- Filing & general office administration tasks

- Answer questions and assist real estate agents in daily operations

Our offices process a high volume of real estate transactions each week with numerous agents conducting both in-person and remote meetings onsite. Successful candidates will be experienced in the following:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an expectation of typing a minimum of 50 words per minute

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with customer service

- Proven track record in accurate data entry and processing

Preference will be given to those applicants with prior experience in the field of Real Estate in any capacity and salary will be based on that experience. The successful candidate should have access to a vehicle but not an absolute requirement.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
