Your Opportunity:
This position provides administrative support to the Manager, Patient Care and the Unit Managers regarding the coordination of all staff-related activities within the unit/service area(s). This position liaises with multiple business areas with AHS e.g. Provincial Staffing Services, Position Management, Business Advisory Services, Rotation Management and TSSI. The Admin Support V is responsible for ensuring that the business of staffing and scheduling the unit/area operates effectively and efficiently, which in turn supports the manager(s) in providing quality patient care. Coordination of the staff scheduling for the unit/service area. Provides guidance and information to all staff related to any scheduling, payroll, and employee activity type questions.
