Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support V is an advanced position reporting directly to the PCM of the Glenrose Relief Team. Our program is seeking a highly organized, capable, and proactive candidate to fulfill the staffing liaison role. The role requires extensive knowledge of WFM, collective agreements, scheduling operating procedures, and unit specific staffing needs. The staffing liaison role also provides extensive administrative support to the relief management team including but not limited to recruitment process using RMS. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative position required. Recent experience with WFM or other staffing systems. Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment. Requires excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Requires independent judgment, initiative, responsibility and action. Must be proactive, flexible, and able to work with competing priorities, variety and complexity of issues. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated leadership planning, priority setting, and time management skills required. Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an Administrative Professional diploma or equivalent with experience in a health care environment is required along with an advanced knowledge of computer technology.
