Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, this position provides advanced level administrative support & general office support to the Patient Care Manager, Site Managers and staff for the Integrated Operations Center (IOC). This position will develop illustrative and educational support material for patient & staff teaching, presentations, orientation material, reports & manuals for the program. The position will also provide support in creating & formatting materials for the Patient Care Manager to present to senior executives within Edmonton Zone related to the Integrated Operations Center. This position supports the IOC teams as a Unit Based Scheduler, supports complex, often urgent staff scheduling tasks with short timelines, review timecards, analyze admin exception reports, investigate pay errors from a timekeeper perspective, and make necessary corrections for accurate pay. This position will require a high level of independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Duties performed include: Timekeeping and staffing processes for IOC teams. Processes invoices, expense claims, & reconciles expenses with financial reports. Prepares and monitors financial reports. Organizes meetings. Prepares & maintains confidential administrative information. Responsible for coordinating IT related hardware, software, network access, & other device requests. Develops, maintains, & implements orientation process for new employees. Orders, maintains and delivers office supplies in the various offices within the RAH campus supporting the IOC. Exemplifies a positive attitude towards service provision.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:
A minimum of some College/University training and two years of related experience, or equivalent. A college or university degree is preferred/ recognized administrative certificate. Computer literacy is essential. Current experience working in WFM staffing office is required. Proficient in the use of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge in AHS processes including timekeeping, e-People, financial reporting, RMS, NAR's, PAR's, etc. Excellent communication/interpersonal/organizational skills in order to respond to complex requests and circumstances. Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions and to prioritize and balance workload. Ability to work in a provincial program. Ability to be an effective team member and work in a cubicle environment.
