The Administrative Support V provides direct support to the Manager of Site Operations which oversees a diverse portfolio which includes the Site Integrated Operations Centre (SIOC), Central Portering, the Joint Workplace Health and Safety Committee, and Medical Photography. As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years' progressive experience in an administrative role providing direct support to operational leaders. Advanced computer skills demonstrating proficiency in the use of personal computers. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) including the ability to develop templates and databases. Advanced knowledge of Outlook (email and calendar). Ability to set-up and maintain filing systems including electronic filing system. Skilled in the recording of minutes and demonstrated ability to professionally summarize data for distribution. Experience in supporting staff recruitment processes, scheduling, & payroll for teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrating exceptional collaborative abilities. Ability to exercise judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to problem-solve independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative. Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Collective Agreements as they apply to staff scheduling processes and payroll. Experience working in ePeople (including RMS), Markview, Oracle, and eFacilities. Experience supporting operations in a health care setting preferred. Proficiency in WFM (scheduling and payroll).
