Your efforts will directly support our team's mission to maintain high standards in medical staffing through accurate scheduling, payroll oversight, and compliance with licensing and privileging requirements.

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications:
Completion of a high school diploma and post-secondary Office Administration Certificate and/or Business Diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in timekeeping (ESP and E-People). Experience in RMS at least 1 year. Excellent working knowledge for Microsoft Office. Minimum of two years in a relevant health care or human resources setting. Human Resources experience and RMS experience is an asset.
