Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support V works as part of a team to recruit, orient, train, and provide Human Resources oversight to providers who are employees or contracted physicians. The position requires a strong focus on day-to-day human resource management activities including but limited to payroll and timekeeping, development and maintenance of schedules and the creation of statistical reports. This position is also responsible for assisting the team in recruiting International Medical Graduates into Alberta Clinical and Surgical Assistant positions and tracking their progress through the assessment period. This position requires knowledge of CPSA licensing, privileging process, AHS Medical Bylaws, policies and procedures, and an ability to interpret apply the Terms and Conditions of Non-Union Exempt Employees. The incumbent needs to have excellent customer service silks and be competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in timekeeping (ESP and E-People). Experience and working knowledge in RMS. Excellent working knowledge for Microsoft Office. Experience working knowledge of Excel. Experience and working knowledge of PowerPoint. Minimum of two years in a relevant health care or human resources setting.
