The Administrative Support V works as part of a team to recruit, orient, train, and provide Human Resources oversight to providers who are employees or contracted physicians. The position requires a strong focus on day-to-day human resource management activities including but limited to payroll and timekeeping, development and maintenance of schedules and the creation of statistical reports. This position is also responsible for assisting the team in recruiting International Medical Graduates into Alberta Clinical and Surgical Assistant positions and tracking their progress through the assessment period. This position requires knowledge of CPSA licensing, privileging process, AHS Medical Bylaws, policies and procedures, and an ability to interpret apply the Terms and Conditions of Non-Union Exempt Employees. The incumbent needs to have excellent customer service silks and be competent in Microsoft Office applications.
