The Society is currently accepting resumes for an in person, full time, 12-month contract position as follows:

Administrative Support - Stratford

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Organizational Effectiveness Manager will provide clerical and administrative support services to the agency, in all sites and areas of service, according to agency policies, Ministry standards and relevant legislation. The Administrative Support responsibilities may be assigned based on service or functional area, but each person in this position will share common duties and similar performance standards.

Qualifications:

Community College Diploma in business or office administration, or equivalent clerical/office experience. Valid driver's license. Courtesy, tact and confidentiality in dealing with clients, visitors, management and staff. Knowledge of agency policies, procedures, equipment and software, including MS Office, CPIN, Caseworks, and VOIP. Ability to work cooperatively, to support and assist other agency staff in the performance of their duties. Ability to set priorities and exercise good judgement. Strong time management and communication skills (both written and verbal). Sound understanding of office procedures and the ability to quickly learn and implement complex procedures. Thorough knowledge of agency filing and information systems. Committed to Agency values of equity, inclusivity, empathy and anti-racism in the workplace. Familiar with and work in compliance with health and safety policies and procedures for safety and protection as required by the Agency and by law (OHSA).
Remuneration: $44,482 to $54,422
