About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Support Staff member to join our HUB team. This full-time (35hr per week), permanent position plays a key role in providing reception and administrative support for various programs at the Centre. While all applications will be reviewed, priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate bilingual proficiency in French and English, as this is essential to the role. Unilingual candidates may be considered if no suitable bilingual applicants are identified.
Please note:
This position requires in person reception service one evening per week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reception and administrative support for program staff and clients.
Manage data collection and information systems for program evaluation and outcome measures.
Support organizational work for committees and planning duties related to Passport and Urgent Response.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Ministry directives.
Maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a front-line reception role.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff.
Uphold the Centre's values and standards of professionalism in daily conduct and communication.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (e.g., combination of diplomas, certificates, experience, and/or coursework)
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to ensure effective and professional interaction with clients, staff, and external partners.
Strong aptitude with technology and computer programs.
Compassionate communication skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing addiction, mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, and marginalized communities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Salary
* Compensation is based on the Support Staff Pay Scale outlined in the Collective Agreement with a salary range of
$43,451 - $49,957
annually.
