Ryzuk Geotechnical and Materials Testing

is an experienced, medium sized organization, currently located in Victoria, BC. Our mission is providing creative, innovative, and practical geotechnical services with the best team possible. We began serving Greater Victoria in 1987, forging us to have an incredibly loyal client base. We are ever expanding, watching our projects take us all around BC, and even Japan for the Tomamu Hoshino Resort Cloud Walk.

Being an

Administrative Support

with Ryzuk Geotechnical provides an opportunity to gain experience on a wide variety of administrative projects and offers an excellent compensation and benefits package. You will work along side the administration team to help provide necessary support and assisting management with various tasks!

Qualifications:




Prior administrative or reception experience Attention to detail Have proficiency with computer software's such as, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English Positive client relations experience Valid Drivers License Possess organization and time management skills Are flexible and a quick learner Can work in a team environment as well as independently Stays strong under pressure




You will be working on a team of 55 amazing co-workers and some of the

best geotechnical engineers

in British Columbia!




Some of the things you will be working alongside on:




Answering phone calls Assisting clients as they come in File management Typing memos/word processing Data entry Procuring supplies and dropping off office trucks for mechanic appointments Take on other tasks or duties as required
