DESCRIPTION

Promotional Product Company based in Regina looking for the right person to join our team as Administrative Support.

What do we do? PromoWEAR + LogoSTUFF

PromoWEAR is anything you WEAR where a company logo can be decorated upon

(jackets, shirts, hats, etc)

LogoSTUFF is anything you put a company logo on for loyalty, hype or appreciation

(mug, desk item, etc. ANYTHING literally)

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE:

Social media postings and monitoring social media company accounts

Receiving inventory and cross checking products in a timely manner

Computer importing of data onto internal platform

Unpacking clothing for orders

Folding garments and repackaging is also required

Heat press duties for which you will be thoroughly trained

Assist Production Manager with day to day tasks

For the right candidate additional training for Customer Service Support

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be proficient in the English language both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay on task

Ability to navigate a computer and programs efficiently and effectively

Exceptional organizational skills

Receiving duties

Lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs

Significant use of memory

Problem solving

Able to work independently as well as with others

Experience with heat press is an asset but not required

Demonstrate a positive attitude and have a good work ethic

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task when necessary

Willingness to learn new things and grow with our company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,360.00-$39,520.00 per year
