Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin who possesses a strong background in safety management and logistics coordination. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office while also overseeing safety protocols, managing logistics, and supervising staff when required. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, proactive, and adept at problem-solving to maintain a productive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Office Administration:

Manage daily office operations, including coordinating office supplies, equipment, and communication systems. Maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Safety Management:

Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols in compliance with OHS regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards. Train staff on safety procedures, including emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and equipment handling. Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of office equipment and machinery in conjunction with Plant Supervisor. Address safety concerns raised by employees and resolve them in a timely manner.

Logistics Coordination:

Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics of office operations, including deliveries, shipments, and supply chain management. Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office maintenance and repairs. Ensure the timely and efficient handling of office-related transportation and logistics needs.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless office operations and integration with company-wide goals. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and clients. Maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in office administration, safety management, logistics coordination, and/or supervisory roles. Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and logistics management tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions:



Full-time, office-based position. Occasional overtime may be required, depending on office needs or emergency situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
