Part-Time Administrative Support and Office Coordinator

to support our team with data entry related to bookkeeping, project tracking, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with day-to-day administrative and office operations Entering bills and receipts into QuickBooks and project tracking software Support project coordination, tracking progress and following up on deliverables Prepare and organize documentation for ongoing projects Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers Assist with data entry and reporting, including work within the project management system Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of work

Qualifications:



Minimum 5-7 years of administrative experience in a busy, dynamic environment Some experience with QuickBooks or other finance software is required Experience with an ERP system or other business management software is an asset Strong communication and organizational skills Self-directed and able to work independently once trained Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities Reliable and professional, with strong attention to detail

Schedule:


This is a part-time position offering flexible hours. The successful candidate should be available to work a couple of hours most weekdays, with some flexibility in scheduling.
