JOB PURPOSE:

Providing support to the business in various administrative functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front office reception: managing phone calls Communication with production to deliver orders timely and accurately. Input incoming and outgoing inventory Maintaining and balancing daily reports. Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting. Weighing trucks Data Entry Accounts Payable Provide support to Health & Safety as well as other industry audits. Other duties and tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Good customer service and organizational skills Minimum of one year experience in office administration Thorough and detail oriented Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers. Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. A willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement with extended hours during spring and fall. Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.




Wage range is: $21-$23 per hour
