ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT JAPANESE

Bilingual Administrative Support
(English/Japanese)

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Start date: February 1, 2024

In this role you will support the Japanese client team during compliance season. You will work for an industry leading and globally recognized Accounting/Finance firm.

This is a remote role with the expectation of in-person training in the Toronto office.

Responsibilities

You will communicate directly with clients to gather and provide information.
You will track and save correspondence received from tax authorities.
You will assist with generating tax return lists.
You will finalize delivery of tax returns.
You will complete quality control of all files using protocols and systems in place.

Requirements

You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both Japanese and English.
You have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
You are available for a 3 month contract.
You have a clean criminal record (we will verify).
