In this position, you will coordinate meetings, manage calendars, assist in procurement, prepare documents, and support day-to-day operations for the associated programs in this portfolio. You'll also assist with program logistics, maintain records, and general office administration to ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders to meet deliverables. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high degree of professionalism are essential. Assets for this role include cross-department partnerships, knowledge of Public Health programs, experience in supporting project management, and familiarity with health information privacy standards. We're seeking someone who is proactive, dependable, and passionate about providing high-quality service. Strong communication skills, time management, professional initiative, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude are essential. This position involves repetitive motion tasks such as keyboarding and telephone use, walking and lifting. This position is part of Primary Care Alberta.
