Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Coordinator of Compliance and the Call Center, the incumbent provides administrative support. The position will source, collect data and create spreadsheets on several existing and future projects. The incumbent is also required to analyze and interpret the data and present improvement opportunities to the management team. This position responds to customer inquiries and is required to process daily/weekly payments. Working with a wide range of parking operational programs, the incumbent must possess clear communication skills. This is a versatile and complex position requiring exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills as well as excellent time and project management skills. The incumbent will be working in a unique and, at times, highly emotional environment which requires a calm and patient demeanor. He/She will be in regular contact with a variety of staff and public. This position requires an individual with a strong but professional attitude.
