Your Opportunity:
The Administrative IV is an advanced position that supports the employees of the Peter Lougheed Ambulatory Care Clinics. Working with minimal guidance and direction, the admin IV position is highly skilled in all aspects of time management, staffing, scheduling, change management, implementation of new processes related to operations and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing and demanding environment. The Administrative Support IV uses discretion to address escalating issues with the Scheduling liaison. This position participates in process and guidelines development with the scheduling liaison, managers, and external departments to create processes that supports gaps in daily operations.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Some post-secondary education. Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience in Scheduling and payroll. Proficient in Microsoft Programs - able to show skill and ability in (Excel, Word). Knowledge of collective agreements. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Attention to detail, strong administrative and quality improvement skills. Ability to work independently, as a team and, collaboratively. Possess a high degree of initiative, organizational and problem-solving skills. Highly organized. Experience in development, management, and implementation of large department rotations. Preferred Qualifications:
Provincial Staff Services and WFM experience. Have taken the WFM scheduling course.
