The focus of this position includes all administrative and reception duties for administration. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and multi-task environment. Effective communication skills and a great team spirit are a must. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program. Candidate will show integrity and confidence working independently and will need to possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the public and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and continuous change.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required. Preferred Qualifications:
Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate preferred. Demonstrated courteous telephone manners and familiarity with the community-based health programs is an asset. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, Connect Care and must be willing to learn new data systems as required.
