The Administrative Support III position is responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative tasks to support the High Prairie Community Health and Wellness Clinic. Your main duties may involve scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, completing patient registrations, processing referrals, and validating and inputting data in the EMR. Additionally, you may assist the healthcare provider with preparing consultation rooms, taking vital signs and rooming patients, generating reports, and various documents and correspondence, as well as helping with a variety of general clerical activities to support operations. This position will be part of Primary Care Alberta effective November 18, 2024. Alberta Health Services (AHS) offers a Remote Retention Allowance of up to a maximum of $3,000 per year, in addition to a competitive rate of pay. This allowance is non-pensionable, and it is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
