Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager of the Eye Clinic, this position is one of a group of Administrative Support III staff that provide comprehensive support to the daily clinical activity. The incumbent will work collaboratively with a team of ophthalmologists, residents, ophthalmic personnel, nurses, medical students, and community offices to ensure that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner. Duties include but will not be limited to: greeting patients, verifying patient information, scheduling of diagnostic testing and clinic appointments, ensuring patient charts are complete and filing.
